No real problem with the Dr when we're able to actually see her. However, whoever is running her phone service is very rude and unprofessional. I believe she may have violated a few HIPPA Guidelines. We do not call to be talked down to, and a return phone call from the office should be forthcoming. Again, I very well may be filing a violation. We certainly do not appreciate being interogated.
