impatient and make you feel stupid when you don't understand and ask her, hesitate to exam the pt because of COVID, the whole lecture about the risk of COVID and terrible attitude. As a primary dr, she should be able to exam any system instead of making patient feel bad because they are sick and need to take off mask for a second. talk in a very judgemental way.
Very professional. Always make time to listen to you. Always schedule follow up. Clean friendly office. Bilingual, Spanish, Chinese English. Always make me feel comfortable an go beyond my basic ailments. Always feel confident an good leaving office. Very efficient billing insurance. I would recommend visit to this office any time. Do not always need appointment if really I'll that day. Will fit you in.
