I could give zero stars, I would, but the system would not allow. My mother had an extremely poor experience here recently and I feel compelled to warn others. She has taken her cat here to get a nail trim 3x prior as it is very difficult and dangerous for her to try and cut the cats nails by herself. She showed up with her cat for her appointment today and Dr. Neumeister told her that it's not cost effective for her to bring the cat in only for a nail trim and she needs to take her somewhere else.
