I have been a patient with Dr. Mary Olsen for about 10 years. She is a good doctor but is semi-retired. Her Nurse Practitioner, Mellisia Berry has basically taken over her office. She dismissed me as a patient for no showing to an appointment while I had COVID-19. For this appointment I told the receptionist that I was COVID positive when she called to confirm the appointment a day before.
