Very limited hours, no email access, can’t leave a voicemail because it’s full. Super dated office with what looks like old garage sale furniture. No way to contact the office. Dr. Chen was very rushed. It didn’t seem like there was any efficient system in place. One visit was more than enough.

I was never notified that I had an abnormal Pap smear. I only found out because I called the office myself. That is unacceptable and a serious failure in patient care. Dr. Chen was also judgmental and dismissed my pain during the exam. I’ve since left this office and would not recommend it to anyone.
