I decided to reconsider going back to this office and I was burned again. I really wish I could give multiple 1 star reviews...the front office is the worst I've ever experienced. In my opinion, anyone would be foolish to go to this office and sign up for the abuse. Very sad that this is allowed. Horrible front office crew. Very rude nurses. Used to have nice people working with the patients, I'm not sure of the change...but my family is moving to another doctors office.

Does she need to hang up the phone so hard after her condescending attitude and lack of assistance? If she worked for me, she would be unemployed quickly or reprimanded often.

Sad state of affairs. They were my primary care. On 2 separate occasions I unfortunately had to come here to get a referral. I was in a serious car accident in 2023, brain injury, back and neck injuries. I went to this office and was told “this office doesn't do referrals for things like that”. You’re my doctor. I pay for referrals.! I offered to put her into contact with my neurologists but she kept saying “they won’t give me any info. They just won’t.” She has never contacted my neurologists or vice versa.
