Dr. Ross has helped our young adult son through an extremely challenging medical situation. She was able to determine the cause of symtpoms when no one else could (including PCP's and several --ologists). She implimented a protocol that has helped reduce symptoms significantly. When she did not have specific answers for something, she was willing to listen, research, and help in anyway that she could. I never felt rushed during appointments, and her compassionate approach makes all the difference. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring doctor
