I am beyond pleased with my surgery with Dr. Mary Jo Wright and my very easy recovery. I feel so blessed that Dr. Anglin referred her to me and her amazing team. I am most happy that I was able to get reconstruction with my own tissue in the same surgery as my double mastectomy. So I am done!
I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2014 and had several surgeries, chemo and reconstruction (including a double mastectomy ) . When my implants failed I was coming to accept that I would never look “normal” again (whatever that means!). I was referred to Dr Wright in 2025 and she is an absolute miracle worker. I had the opportunity to observe Dr. Wright and Dr. Sullivan during a reconstructive breast surgery, and they were absolutely incredible. Their teamwork, precision, and care in the operating room were truly inspiring. Watching them work with such skill and compassion reminded me why they’re so highly respected. Amazing job by both doctors!
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wright and her team. Throughout I felt really cared for and nothing was too much for them. At no moment did I feel scared or left alone. Wether it was Dr. Wright herself or anybody on her team, they all felt like family.
