This is a “one dentist” location. My son needed a filling after his 6 month check up. The earliest they could take care of it was 4 months later. By then he had a tooth ache and it was inflamed for at least couple of weeks. Dentist couldn’t do the filling on that date because of inflammation. Charged us -$100 for the “service” to take care of inflammation and scheduled a new appointment to actually take care of filling several weeks later. Had me and 4 kids at this office. Previous office didn’t send bite wings when they closed. This office took them without my knowledge of a kiddo and insurance charged me $88 6 months ago. Never got a bill until yesterday and had cleanings today. Planned on asking what the charge was for and paying today at our cleanings since insurance pays 100 percent of cleanings for in network (they are). I don’t know what is going on with this place, I was on a call list for a teeth cleaning since October 2023, still no call, I tried calling them, they don’t answer the phone, you have to leave a message and they will get back with you within 48 hours. Guess what, still waiting for a return call. Definitely do not recommend this establishment!
The dentist is great, but the office staff is horrible.
