Been trying to get an appointment since Monday it is now Wednesday and am just meeting with obstruction, the phone system is rubbish, when I was ringing on Monday (4 times) it would go through all the speach about covid then press different numbers then it just cut me off! Doctors and medical staff are fine it's the admin that needs looking at! I am going to try and take care of the problem myself, may end up in a&e if I am unable to deal with it!
I see no point in trying to phone, it is a week now that I have been trying! If you really are that busy then I suggest you employ some more people, I wonder how many people have died through their neglect.
Had an appointment with Dr Mary Fenske this evening and was so impressed with her lovely kind manner and she dealt with my symptoms and sent me for tests. I will most certainly be going to see her again.
Worst GP surgery in Bedford! Always running late and as for the receptionist they really need to work on their customer service!
