The back office team needs better training in customer service. I have been corresponding with Cindy for over 2 months to get my refund processed. I email and call and both the reception and back office are unresponsive to fix the issue.

Overpriced, low quality, poor service. This is a dentist who I'd gone to since I was a child for about 2 decades and she couldn't even remember my name. Last service I had done was a sloppy crown that created a gap between the teeth I had to get fixed at a more competent dentist. She also left the gray glue on the crown so everyone can see the terrible job she did and my smile will always be diminished by an unnatural coloring around the tooth. Stay away!
I live in Louisiana but visit Houston often. I am getting married next month and have considered professional teeth whitening for a while. 4 days before a trip to Houston, I called as a new patient seeing if I could be squeezed in for the treatment. They were not only able to get me in for the bleaching but also for a teeth cleaning since I hadn’t had one in over 6 months.
