Thank you for doing such a great job. After getting a high quote from another company to fix a gas line leak, we were so relieved when Reeves Brothers Plumbing Services repaired it for much less. They also replaced our water heater and put in emergency shut off valves. When we called, Thomas treated us with kindness, professionalism, and honesty. We were kept informed about all the repairs, and he worked closely with our local natural gas provider. We really appreciate the quick and trustworthy service.
My sister and I hired a plumber in Richmond to fix our shower, and Seth came out to do the job. He explained everything to us and told us to wait a while before using the shower to make sure everything set properly. We thought we had a big plumbing emergency, and Reeves Brothers Plumbing Services sent someone out to our house really fast after we called. Randall and Seth were great. They fixed the problem and it turned out to not be as serious as we feared. They worked quickly, were honest about the repairs, and didn’t try to sell us anything extra we didn’t need. This is the second time we’ve used them, and we’ll definitely call again. Highly recommend these plumbers!
The PVC loop connected to our water softener cracked and started spraying water all over, so we had to shut off the water valve until a repair could be done. Brantley arrived quickly, cut the copper water lines back to the wall, and expertly soldered new fittings onto a new flexible line. Now we can get rid of the old water softener and have more space in the garage. I highly recommend Reeves Brothers Plumbing Services for their fast response and great plumbing work.
