I’ve been to this office for dermatology and orthopedics for two of my dogs and it’s always been a great experience. We unfortunately had to bring one of our dogs to the ER a few weeks ago, and after 3 nights in the ICU we had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye. I would give 100 stars if I could! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to the staff at VCA Aurora Animal Hospital. When arriving at the hospital, I was extremely distraught. Daniella at the front desk was an absolute angel. She was so sweet and comforting, giving me all the needed information while also being compassionate. Dr. Barragan was amazing and my baby girl is healthy thanks to her. Thank you all so incredibly much for all that you do for our animals. You all are amazing.
I recently visited VCA on August 26, 2025, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff were incredibly patient, caring, and understanding towards my dog, Bruno. They took the time to ensure he felt comfortable at every step of the process, which made a significant difference. Their compassionate approach and professionalism really stood out, making it a positive visit for both me and Bruno. Highly recommend!
The Website clearly Indicates open 24 hours. However, until you drive over there, you don’t find out they’re not taking new pets since they are at capacity. Unless I’m missing something on the website that is truly a shitty thing to do one for your pet and two for the waste of time. Going to a veterinarian clinic that turns you away. I would suggest they update their website open 24 hours for current patients only. They suggested I go to Naperville.
