Im disappointed after these past two appointments. I asked for a referral to see a certain type of provider and he gives me the wrong type of referral. I investigate and see he wrote stuff in my medical record that i did not say. He also has not deleted discontinued medications off my record either since my recent appointment.
Everything went well as does all appointments with Dr. Fors and his staff. All staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
If you're looking for a total lack of both follow-thru and thoroughness, go see this guy. Anyone who thinks Green Bay is full of nice people will hopefully not get exposed to this place. The staff especially Jeanne in the lab may be the most unfriendly people I've ever encountered. What a waste of my time. With my own money I went back to Prevea and as I had suspected have some unfortunate issues, they even stated these goofs at Aurora should have easily identified.
I'd have to say that as far as I'm concerned, the service has been better than expected. I'm remaining in fairly good health, thanks to the efforts by this facility and the people. At my age, this is a blessing, I have a whole lot of peers and classmates that aren't having as good a time as I am. The ones that are still breathing, that is.
Dr. Fors is a great Doctor and person, who is honest with you and works very hard that you understand and follows up.
Dr. Fors is a very good listener, and makes me comfortable when I ask personal questions. I trust his judgement in prescribing the right medication and its dosage. He's a good man all around.
Once treatment options were discussed Dr Fors wasted no time in doing surgugy to remove tumor and greatly increase my chances for a positive outcome, for that I am very greatful.
Dr. Fors and his staff have always been very professional and answered all questions making sure I understood the answers. If not for the skills of all I may not be here to fill out this survey.
I found that Doctor Sehring was personable and easy to talk to. I went to some other doctors and showed them an issue and they thought nothing of it. Then I showed it to Dr Sehring and he wanted to take care of the situation and get it removed. Like all doctors though there was some waiting, but it wasn't all to bad.
