I join my family member for appointments with Dr. Gerard and I am always impressed with her attentiveness and efficiency. Her care and suggestions have definitely improved my loved one’s quality of life. Her office is often apologetic that there is such a back up to see a neurologist in our market, but we feel the wait to see Dr. Gerard is worth it.
Asked for an appointment or a referral. Was told they had to see patient file first and after review was simply said they could not help.
We have waited 2-1/2 months to see this doctor...OK we can do that. Finally it was the weekend before our appt ... 8:45 a.m. Monday morning. My husband became very sick Friday night with fever and coughing and weak..same Sunday. I called and left a message on their answering service at 8:00 a.m. and called around 8:20 a.m. to make sure they received it. The receptionist rescheduled us out for another 3 weeks.
