Had a 3:15 appointment. Handed in my information along with insurance card. Took 1 hr and 21 minutes before I even got my card back. Yes I’m STILL WAITING TO BE SEEN!! This is DISRESPECTING a person time! Why give a 3:15 appointment time and still be WAITING at 4:41 pm!! RIDICULOUS!! I will NOT BE COMING BACK HERE!! Nor would I recommend to ANYONE!!
