In 6 years of being on suboxone Dr Cullen is the worst Dr. I've ever had. Does not take fault for multiple mistakes with dosage, perscription filling, and is either misinformed about suboxone, or is just unknowledgable about the mechanisms actions side effects and history of the drug and MAT practice in general. No empathy, big ego, does not trust or believe with 6 years of documents clean urine and mouth swap samples. Please find another doctor.
