Very shady place - DO NOT GO HERE. They took my ohip number down and provided me with a phone appointment for 9am to 12 PM. They never called. When I called to inquire, they said there was no appointment scheduled for me. When they searched me by my date of birth, they said that I was entered as a "no show". Then they proceeded to tell me that they don't accept new patients. Why did they take my OHIP number if they don't accept new patients? Dr. Yagnesh Parekh is great and we always get appt when in need - Dr. also gives us a follow up calls for the matter. Receptionists are always available on calls. This is our to go clinic before going to ER. Thank you.
Dr Ferlisi is the best Doctor. My family and I love her .we have been with her more than 14 years.
Just called with a question - the receptionist answered and hung up before I could speak. Definitely lacking in customer service skills. Me - “Hi, I’m calling to speak with Dr.____”. Her - “Dr. ______ is not in, bye”. *hangs up*. I’m shook. Poor service.
