If I could give no stars, I would. The first thing Dr. Bolton said in my first appointment was “I can’t help you.” She’s a primary care doctor with absolutely no interest in helping a patient diagnose or find a treatment for anything more difficult than a splinter. She’s rude, defensive, argumentative, and has no ability to actually care for her patients. Furthermore, her administrative processes (referrals, prescriptions, etc.) are from the dark ages. It took weeks and multiple attempts to get referrals successfully sent. D... read more

Dr. Bolton took an appointment with me knowing she wasn’t going to help me with what I needed. She kept trying to push me to take anti-anxiety meds even though I said I didn’t want to. She prescribed me some in my first appointment which was not supposed to be used with current meds which she knew that I took and asked me about minutes ago in that appointment. I told her I didn’t want to take them because they make me feel numb and unfeeling and she said “but you didn’t get anxiety right??” She was argumentative and told me ... read more
