i felt like i was at a chop shop, was used for profit though out my surgeries and care under dr malay. her own peers (doctors and nurses) found her work unsatisfactory after an investigation. i did not sue but filed complaints with UPMC, they immediately did not charge me any deductibles or co-pays for past 3 years. she left and went to allegheny network. i had stage 0, est +, calcifications in my breast ducts.
