Mary Beth Krafty is a wonderful caring doctor, she cares about her patients well being. She doesn’t rush, she takes time listens to everything you have to say about your symptoms, the makes a recommendation of a treatment plan.. Nancy always answers questions and is very knowledgeable and also is giving a patient feel like they are in good hands. I have been to other doctors and hands down Dr Krafty is the best. She tries her best for everyone’
This practice does not even deserve a 1 star rating. I arrived to my appointment early and waited over an hour and fifteen minutes. By that point I was so frustrated by hearing how unprofessional the office staff was that I simply just left before I even saw the dr. They were bad mouthing patients the entire time. As a medical professional myself , this was not acceptable and reflects so poorly on this establishment.
