My husband and I feel so blessed to have Dr. Alexander as our Doctor. She is very through and such a caring person, does not rush you through appointments and is genuinely concerned about you and keeping you healthy. You are not kept waiting for appointments either. We have nothing but praise for her.
She is very direct and to the point but very thorough. She gave me a clear plan of what was needed to get and/or keep my health on track
Like the others, if I could give 0 stars I would. I usually forget a providers name I saw as time passes by but I will never forget her name, and not because my experience was pleasant. I was new to the Raleigh area and was hoping to find a good, local, primary care doctor. I saw Dr. Alexander to discuss restarting my medication for anxiety. She spent max 3 minutes talking with me and very insensitively said I needed to see a therapist and psychiatrist as soon as I could. I left feeling worse than I ever have in my life. Sav... read more
I have seen Dr Alexander on several occasions and have been very pleased. She discussed everything that I was concerned about and I did not feel rushed. She has a no nonsense about her that I respect. Highly recommend.
BE WARNED!!! There should be an option for zero stars because this hideous woman deserves it. I brought my 20-yo daughter here as a transition from pediatrics. The moment she walked in she was incredibly rude. She looked at me and asked very snidely “who are you?” She was extremely unfriendly, she made my daughter feel very uncomfortable. My daughter expressed her joint problems and all this woman had to say was that it was because she didn’t exercise and was obese. My daughter is not obese.
