Horrible bedside manner. Staples necessary on a scalp wound. Looked like it was done blindfolded. Not even close to be approximated. When questioned the dr he was a smart *** with his reply. Asked to talk to a pt advocate, was informed they didn’t know who or what that was. Couldn’t talk to a supervisor either. My plan is to send an email to JCAHO. Care was deplorable.
