I was a patient at their PREMIER ORTHODONTICS Baltimore location from 2017-2021 . The state covered my treatment up til COVID hit and I was supposed to have my braces removed Early 2020 after my 21st birthday Leaving me to only have to pay for the last 2 months of treatment out of pocket. That didn’t happen I could never get through to get an appointment . When I finally they told me I had to basically restart a treatment. I have been stuck in my braces for over a year, they did not call or send out a letter saying they were closing down not warring at all. They just closed down out of nowhere and I have been having problems trying to get the braces off and my insurance will no longer pay for my braces. Also, have rude staff members and he could be very rude his self

Do not go to this place, and or ANY thing associated with the name of Marvin Nwafgon. He is a fraud, he had unlicensed people working in his office and they have little no knowledge about the general anatomy of teeth and or braces. They have truly messed up my teeth and they just disappeared into thin air, abandoned the place & wont answer their phones. They have moved over 5 of my teeth in the wrong direction, over charged my insurance and now im just trying to find a place that will fix their damage. It was brought to his ... read more
