Amazing staff and I love my pulmonologist. He is both compassionate and thorough. The staff has been friendly and mostly prompt.

I arrived 20 minutes prior to my appointment, which was at 11:00. I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes and no one bothered to say "sorry for the wait" etc... I was getting ready to walk out when they called my name. They took me through the door and said it would be another 30 to 45 minutes before I would be seen. The clinic/staff were very unprofessional. I would recommend going to any other office than this one .
