Bedside manner is so important to our family. We went in to address a long-standing bedwetting issue for my son. My child left this office feeling belittled and his mother didn't feel there was a clear path forward. We were bombarded with a bunch of medical jargon and an over-assessed diagnosis that was at least 25 pages long. Made 3 appointment for my wife after a referral from two doctors and answer the bar exam of questions. When got the appointment still being bombarded with many question instead of having a doctor to doctor talk abt the detail reason why I visited. She said maybe her office is not a fit for my wife and that we should try some where else even though we told her someone referred her to us. I was there for my daughter to make sure that she doesn't have a urology problem. End up it was an anxiety issue which we already knew shehad. My daughter had separationanxiety too but she was still forcedto let her out alone, let her yelled and cried outside and locked the door and talked to me and my husband both. For what reason?
