My wife had an ankle injury from before we met, and for ten years I watched as she lived with so much pain. Dr. Martin Sullivan, through the course of a two stage procedure, has changed her life. My wife is moving and walking and out in the garden where she loves to be. Our family is very happy to see her doing so well.
We had a very disappointing experience with this orthopedic surgeon. First and foremost, the prices were ridiculously overpriced. I was expecting a professional, quality experience, but what we received was far from it. To make matters worse, the reception staff were incredibly rude. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. A healthcare facility should be compassionate and professional, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. Rushed me into an arthtro ankle surgery that was probably unnecessary because of loose bodies and weak ligaments, making promises of marked improvements and being able to get back on the basketball court. After the surgery, I was ok for about a year. He was encouraging me to go hard on it, which i think caused a lot of damage. I had a bad experience with a local surgeon so chose to go to this surgeon who was highly recommend however my operation was a complete failure at my age I'm not prepared to do this again. I am in constant pain very disappointed after spending money I didn't have.
My surgery outcomes on ankle were not good and I encourage others to seek alternate opinion. I was advised simple procedure and expected good outcomes (whilst never guaranteed of course), I was advised standard procedure. Martin after first procedure advised I required an additional arthroscope, at my expense? As I had significant swelling and pain. After this second procedure same outcome.
