I called just a few minutes ago to make a dental appointment for my grandmother. A woman answered the phone so unprofessionally that I thought I had the wrong number. Before I could ask the general questions that I had, she forcefully told me to call back. She was so rude and dismissive. When I finally asked for her name, she HUNG up the phone on me. I have a host of dental problems from just bad genetic luck. Three or four other dentists couldn't pin down what my problem was. At my first visit, Dr. Pokorny was able to diagnose what was causing all these problems - early stage gum disease. He got me referred to a periodontist and my issues have significantly decreased.
