Outstanding!! I am so impressed with Dr Ostro. He spent an entire hour asking questions about my health issues. After suffering for 2 years, in and out of hospitals due to severe breathing issues he found the cause. I had an allergy to milk protein. He changed my life. He didn’t base his diagnosis on other doctors opinions. He is attentive and always responds quickly to text messages. He is very detailed when giving instructions regarding treatment plan. He is my hero.
They canceled my son's first appointment with the excuse that the doctor had an emergency. I called 2 days ago to confirm today's appointment, they confirmed that it would be today and the time, moments before the appointment they called me with the same excuse as last time. The attendant pretends not to understand and is rude.

I've only seen Dr. Osteo via zoom but made an appointment for the office. I can tell you that I've never found the staff or Dr O to ever be anything but professional & personable. I like the practice & would recommend it!
