Dr. Hancock has excellent bedside manner. It was my first time at this practice, and he immediately made me feel at ease. He took his time getting to know me and my medical history; I never felt rushed, and he never talked down to me. He had gentle hands during the physical exam. Front desk staff are friendly and efficient. What more can you ask for?
