Dr. Wagoner’s treatment ended my migraines! He started with a preventative course of action and that worked! I was thankful he didn’t jump in and try a more intrusive route first. He listened to all of my questions and was patient with me as I read from my notes. I felt heard and confident about his plan. I would recommend him to anyone who values experience in a doctor. You won’t feel rushed out like you may with other doctors. He even got back with me when I was checking out bc he had another idea to help me with the quali... read more
Today we waited 45 minutes beyond our appointment time before we were taken back. When he came in he gave no explanation or apology for the delay. The visit lasted less than 15 minutes.
I am irate and unfortunately did not see the doctor. I received their new patient paperwork. I am unfortunately at the doctor quite regularly so I have my own neatly typed MFS History forms. Although I signed each of their forms that required a signature, and provided every piece of information they requested (on my own form), they refused to see me...I was told, "Lady, fill out our forms or leave"...so I chose to leave. I am personally tired of providers treating patients like sheep. I provided ALL information, yet because ... read more
Doctor Wagner was good and thorough, one of the nurses is excellent, caring, and compassionate. The last person I spoke with on staff and office management is rude, obtuse, short with customers, argumentative, and cares nothing about the patient. I specifically sought them out for treatment as a disabled veteran, going outside of the VA healthcare system. Perhaps that was MY mistake. If the office management could match the customer care to the patient care experience, this would be a 5 star review.
Terrible experience with Dr. Wagner! He decided after an EEG to remove me off Keppra. My seizures increased, I don't know if it was related or not so we called to update them. They released me within a week of that phone call since he denied ordering me off of Keppra. They wouldn't accept our phone calls. I had to fax the picture of his order. He responded with multiple letters with a series of excuses. Communication could of easily resolved the matter and never got to the point of a release.
Extremely pleased with professionalism exemplified by Dr. Wagner. Excellent explanations of testing procedures and very patient oriented---he took a long time talking to me in "layman's terms".I had one problem--his office had telephone problems, and I could not reach his staff for over a week. I'm sure that was just a strange aberration. Overall, I am pleased to claim Dr. Wagner as my neurologist and wholeheartedly recommend him.
The testing that I needed done was by it's very nature, painful, however Dr. Wagner did much to set me at ease and keep my mind occupied elsewhere, but also warning me so I wouldn't be startled. He let me know right away what he found during the testing. I felt very confident in his expertise. His office staff was friendly and helpful.
