The best Gastroentorologist I've seen in nearly 20 years. Dr. Prosky is professional, thorough and has a great bedside manner. He made an uncomfortable procedure bearable. Highly recommend.
This medical office is severely understaffed. IF you can actually get someone to answer the phone, you'll probably hear a friendly voice on the other end. But that's a big IF you can get someone.
6/30/25 - today I needed to stop by and get some medical records. Danaria & Sofia at the Front Desk are The Dream Team. Dr.Prosky is great ! But his office is impossible to get in touch with. Reading other reviews, I guess I’m not the only one having this issue. I left several voicemails, one on the “urgent line” and NEVER got a call back. I waited several days in between these voicemail because I understand being busy and waiting for my turn, but I think the front desk just doesn’t care to call back.
