This medical office is severely understaffed. IF you can actually get someone to answer the phone, you'll probably hear a friendly voice on the other end. But that's a big IF you can get someone.
6/30/25 - today I needed to stop by and get some medical records. Danaria & Sofia at the Front Desk are The Dream Team. Dr.Prosky is great ! But his office is impossible to get in touch with. Reading other reviews, I guess I’m not the only one having this issue. I left several voicemails, one on the “urgent line” and NEVER got a call back. I waited several days in between these voicemail because I understand being busy and waiting for my turn, but I think the front desk just doesn’t care to call back. The office staff is absolutely unprofessional, never pick up, and never respond. The billing office overcharged me, and received full amount from my insurance. Instead of returning my money, they held on to it. Very unethical office - money hungry! Considering changing my GI doctor.
Dr. Prosky is old school bedside manner with sincere concern and just a bit of light hearted humor to cit the edge. Technically sound as a surgeon. Highly recommend!
