Worst office staff I have ever encountered. Their incompetence and laziness cost me one month of pay because they don't know how to do their job. They need to clean house and fire every office employee and start over. Dr is good but his office staff is trash and uncaring. They admitted they dropped the ball but wouldn't do anything to correct it. I highly recommend not going to this office until they clean house up front. I gave one star because it's required.
Absolutely the worst staff I have ever dealt with. This office needs to be closed immediately because of poor management. The doctor may be ok but the staff should be fired immediately.
He seems to genuinely want to help me. He remembers me (specifics, like occupation, etc.) each time I see him.
