I got my braces removed and they needed to take xrays for my retainers, I voiced that I was running late for work and urgently needed to go and that I would come back later for that. The lady who did my debanding as well as doctor Martin were great, but another lady got argumentative and kept trying to prevent me from leaving WHILE I was running late for work. It shouldn't have been a big deal, I would have gladly come back for another appointment. I shouldn't have to argue with a staff member over needing to urgently leave.... read more

I'm always amazed by the quality of service this place offers. Dr. Martin is easily approachable and very engaged with his patients. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It's obvious that it's a fun place to work, positive energy all around. Both my kids got braces from here and it's always been a pleasant experience. Even billing arrangements are a breeze. A good example of how a business should be run. Good job

In 2023, I was given the news by my dentist that the cartilage in one of my jaw joint was wasting away, despite getting braces (somewhere else) for that very reason 10 years prior. I was recommended by my dentist to go see Dr. Martin. In the first month, I could already feel relief in my jaw, relief that I had never felt before. I am super happy with the results and he went above and beyond to address my concerns. I cannot thank them enough!
