I took my brother here for his first appointment. My brother absolutely loved him. He was friendly, welcoming, and informative. The front nurse (I think) kept walking in and out having some sort of personal conversation, while clearly smoking outside, so it smelled. The office could also use some updating. It feels like it hasnt been updated in 20 years.
Terrible practice! Called w/ no answer. The doctor himself literally called me back, I guess from caller ID. He said he was in network w/ my brothers insurance, BCBS NJ Family Care (Medicaid). He gave us every excuse not to give us an appt. He said that Obahma guy put that plan together, they only pay $5. Didn't he take an oath to to uphold ethical standards? A patients care should be the number one priority not the payment. He should not be in the plan if that is the case. As a PCP he should be able to give medical clearanc... read more
