The worst medical office ever. Never pick up the phone…the patients are paychecks to these cynical
This doctor is not good! Dr. Valdivia ignores any complaints or concerns presented to her by her patients. On multiple occasions I have brought up several health issues, but she has not showed any concern for them. I have also asked for Durable Medical Equipments and she has failed to provide me with any prescriptions. Please do not bother to go here for this doctor, many other doctors actually care about their profession and their patients well being, but I doubt it. Today was my second visit with Dr.Valdivia and she was very professional, gave me the time I needed and answer all my questions. The front desk were great and I will sure come back.
A good doctor always sees her patient in case of emergency. This secretary never transfer the calls to the doctor and denied access to patient when they are sick. The answer is the doctor can't see you. What kind of doctor is this
