Today I had to go to the Urgent Care in Chesterfield and I was seen by Dr. Shadel. Going to any urgent care, I honestly don't expect doctors to listen to me so I didn't exactly go in with an open mind. However, she was by far the BEST doctor I have seen since my old PCP left his practice almost a decade ago. She listened. She was concerned. She clearly cared. I would totally see her regularly, if I could. Thank you for everything you did today! I feel so much better. ♥
