Often 45min+ late (each of 3 meetings this was the case) and goes on about non-sensical topics during the visit. Charged very high prices and didn't provide me with any treatment plan for moving forward. Also cancelled on me and failed to reschedule until I followed up twice to reschedule.
Dr. Hierro first became my gastroenterologist 10 years ago when I was diagnosed with colon cancer. She helped me deal with side effects of chemo and radiation, which had worsened my IBS, more effectively than anyone had been able to, dspite having an excellent cancer doctor team at St John's.
