This provider does not care. It takes weeks to months to get an appointment no matter what the issue is. Doctor clearly doesn’t read her chart before seeing the patient because she asked if I was new at 2 different appointments when I had already been seen several times. You should always review the chart before seeing the patient. Pretty simple, common sense that is just missed. Never calls to review labs even if you are still suffering with your symptoms. Phone number temporarily unavailable as of 07/07/2025. No website or other way to contact. No email or publication acknowledging that the phone is down either. Bad practice for a PCP. I have no clue how long the number has been down or will be down. Leaving her patients in a bad situation. If I call my insurance to change my PCP it won't be effective until next month. However, I also have no clue how long to expect the number to be down or if the doctor is ghosting their patients?

You can never see the dr in a timely manner. The wait to make an appointment is 4 weeks to months. I’ve gone in to get a chest xray referral, went to the location and Martha hadn’t sign the doc. Had to call in to deal with receptionist while Martha was on vacation to try to still get my xray that day. If you need a Dr that can see you timely this is not it.

I came in for a couple concerns and was very disappointed to not have been treated like it mattered. She evaluated me and said we needed an mri then never scheduled one for me. I called a few times and they said she was busy and would call back. Never got called back. Switching her as my primary doctor.

Muy mal servicio, por lo tanto muy mala experiencia, no recomiendo esta clínica para nada
