Love Dr Herrera Soto. She is personal and caring. Hard to find doctors like her this days
I'm a new patient only been to her twice. she take her time to go over all your tests and tell you what you need to do to correct anything. I thanked her for a time and patience with me and yes I will continue to see her as my new doctor thank you.
Dr. Herrara is a wonderful doctor. I’m 71 years old and have numerous medical issues. She takes her time speaking with me and explains everything she recommends me to do and why. I have numerous specialists and she keeps on top of everything they do. The staff members are all nice and the office is very clean. While sitting in the waiting room speaking with other patients they all feel the same way I do. I’ve been to many primary care physicians over the years and I wouldn’t trade her for anyone.
Dr. Marta Herrera Soto herself is wonderful - caring, attentive, and thorough; but her OFFICE I'm afraid - is total mayhem at the moment. #1 There are conflicts regarding insurance contracts & coverage/dates etc., so coverage is uncertain and questionable on top of the fact that #2 it is IMPOSSIBLE to get a staff member on the phone anytime in the afternoon (early or late); yesterday I had an urgent issue because I was at Quest Diagnostics trying to complete blood work when the lab tech informed me the lab order was filled o... read more
