Dr Tolbert was very thorough and attended to my urgent needs very quickly. He was kind and professional. When discussing my urgent needs he explained what was needed for treatment in such a way that I didn't need to ask hardly any questions. I need surgery and am feeling very confident in his abilities to care for me and looking forward to being out of pain
