I’ve been with Dr McHenry for over 20 years and he is the best. I’m sorry to see him retire
I just got off the phone with Marge, trying to schedule an appointment with Dr. McHenry. That was almost like pulling teeth very clear that you had to meet certain criteria. I was practically talked out of scheduling an appointment. She was very derogatory not very helpful at all. Why is it so difficult to find good office staff. Maybe Dr. McHenry is a really good doctor but unfortunately you can’t get past Marge.
Sad to say that I too just got off the phone with Marge and she treated me the same way as the above post. Dr. McHenry might want to look at getting someone else to answer his calls. Needless to say I will be finding another doctor for my son.
