Absolutely amazing experience #1
Staff are pleasant and professional. Everything is spotless. Dr Clarke and his staff ensure that I am looked after and feel comfortable. And they are very efficient. Going to Dr Clarke after my previous dentist of 43yrs had retired a few years ago was easier than I expected
Zero starts. Extremely Disappointing Experience. I had a truly awful experience with this dentist. I went in for a cleaning because I had a rough spot on my tooth, but instead of listening to my concerns, he dismissed what I was feeling. He offered to aggressively drill my tooth to "smooth it out," which turned out to be a terrible decision. The drilling was harsh, and not only did it not address the issue, but it made things worse. I’ve been there a few times so far and each time I was greeted by pleasant, friendly and kind staff. Recently, I called when they were closed with an emergency tooth I had cracked, and they contacted me as soon as they were back in the office offering a time and date to get me in immediately. Dr Clarke is a very knowledgeable dentist, and I was always made to feel that I was in great care from everyone. Glad I found this place!
