Dr. Marshall Baldassarre was great. He took a lot of time to explain what he was seeing in my CBCT scan and what he would recommend for treatment. I have the utmost confidence in him and his office.
Went there for a estimate on two implants, they took my dental insurance information and told me that I need a 360 X-ray, never mentioned any price, He went on with exam and told me the price for the implants that He wrote on a piece o paper, never give to me, when I was living office, they charge me $550,00 for the visit. They don’t care if you ever go back there, if I could I would give a 0 star.
Everyone is courteous and helpful. Great experience. Highly recommend.
I had a very extensive and complicated implant done by Dr Marshall Baldassarre and he made the experience well done, good service and did it all in one procedure. The result was outstanding and I would highly recommend this doctor. I sought other options before going with Dr Baldassarre and I am so glad I picked this doctor. 5 stars from me and he’s a really nice guy on top of that.
Make sure that you check your dental insurance yourself and don't trust these people to tell you the truth about what is covered. They lied to me and told me that my insurance covered all but 40%. They took my money and lo and behold it turns out that they were not in my network, but the secretary claimed they were. I called and even wrote a letter to Dr. Baldasarre and no response. They only care about getting your money and no follow-up.
