When I first met with Dr Lieberfarb, I found him to have a pleasant manner and the patience to explain the process and ease my mind about all the unknowns of my journey I was to experience and possible side effects. Through the 8 1/2 weeks I wast treated with great care and respect by all the staff.
The care, courtesy and concern offered by Genesis Care was exceptional.
EVERYONE! EVERYONE I met during the 9 weeks was truly caring, professional, helpful, compassionate, highly- skilled, and professional! So grateful I had this experience! Please share my comments with the entire staff and CEO! I want to also mention Loshandra in Finance who was so helpful in managing the account and helping us understand our financial responsibilities and complicated insurance obligations. We were fortunate to have minimal out of pocket expenses!
