That one star review is upsetting. We had a terrific experience with Dr. Russell and it’s likely she was running late to that appointment because she actually takes the time to listen and think and ask questions. We felt seen and heard by this doctor, and we’ve been on a long journey with our son. She even seems to believe in PANS/PANDAS, which is what we think we are dealing with but I will say she doesn’t buy into mold or Lyme. Absolutely horrible first visit! I was at my appt 30 mins early (as I was asked) the signs on the wall state to inform the front desk when it has been 15 mins past your appt time so I waited 30 mins past my appt time & it took me 50 mins past my appt time to even get back in a room; which put me being there 80 mins - once in a room - I was then in there for another 20 mins before being seen by the doctor - to top it off - I have been trying to get a hold of the doctor since his appt about his test results - I have sent messa... read more
