Dr. Perales was an amazing OB. The wait times sucked and the clerks the office were really rude.
I had three of my four children with Dr Perales and I would have more children just to be under her care again. She’s so sweet and answers all my questions transparently. She didn’t pressure me one way or another- she just stated the facts. I felt very in control of my birth plan. She welcomed my doula at appointments and on birth day. She could be my sister, she’s so easy to talk to. I love that she has ultrasound on site. I hear other places don’t and that would be so annoying.
My sister went here for her first pregnancy. Not only were they insulting and unprofessional; they deliver bad news like some headline. I feel so sorry for any women that have gone here. They should not be practicing medicine and should be no where near pregnant women. There are far better options available and am so glad my sister found a competent doctor. You should be ashamed to call yourselves doctors and nurses.
I am rating with a 2 just because both, Dr. Perales and Dr. Richards are so amazing. They do an awesome job caring for their patients. I had both Drs for annual exams and obstetrics when I was pregnant. The ONLY bad thing about that office is a lady named Stephanie, she has always being so rude and dismissive. Dr. Marsha Perales Hull is a really good doctor but her staff is way off! I feel like the negative comments are more towards the waiting time and her staff. In my opinion the waiting time is perfect. The front desk lady, Nora is nice but not so informative. The reason for my 1 star is because it is so hard to to even have a normal 2 minute call with a lady named Stephany.
