I saw her when I got diagnosed with IBS at around 14. Didn't like her and i stopped seeing her. I went back to her at about 18 or 19 thinking maybe i was just an angsty teen, no. She has no bedside manner. Talked down on me constantly. Told me not to take pain killers but then wouldn't give me any alternatives. Told me that I need to stop smoking weed but I told her it helps my stomach problems but told me i was wrong. I stopped seeing her after 2 appointments. She didn't seem to care about me at all.
Excellent doctor. Thorough and patient. Asked my daughter questions at her level did not brush us off and was kind and listened. Highly recommend!!!!
Dr Kay is one of the most caring and knowledgeable physicians our son has had since being diagnosed with IBD. She responds to emails in a timely manner, answers all of our questions during office visits, and calls when test results require a more in depth explanation. I wish all doctors were as caring and dedicated as she.
Dr Kay is super knowledgeable and got a plan going in no time for my kiddo with special needs.
Worst bedside manner . Didn’t show up for appointment even if she was present in the office .. sheer negligence on her part in taking care of our daughter.
