I've been seeing Dr. Lamar for about 5-6 years now for anxiety/depression - there is so much I've learned about myself since seeing her and she has helped so so much. I would recommend her to anyone.

I first went to Dr. Lamar when I was going through a divorce 8 years ago. She helped me greatly. I didn't see her again until last year when my father passed away and I was suffering from PTSD. She was amazing. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. It's difficult to describe her methods, but they are very effective. Please, if you need help and you live in the DFW area, call Dr. Lamar. I promise you won't be disappointed. You'll only feel better.
