Implant placed in stress free environment and expertly done. No worries about using insurance that is accepted and in fact Angela very competent that everything went through as insurance companies often make errors in their favor. Dr. Moore very confident and easily made me relaxed and pain free.
Excellent bedside manner. Very knowledgeable. I had one tooth extracted and two implants placed with essentially no pain. He knows what he is doing!!!
I waited over two months for the scheduled appointment. The office called me two or three times to confirm that I was coming. When I arrived to my appointment after taking a day off of work & bringing a person to drive me home. I was told my insurance doesn't cover the surgery and I was expected to pay over $700 before we could begin. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Not to mention Dr Moore refused to speak to me. Dr. Moore is an exceptional practitioner. He is professional in approach and educational regarding your procedure. Dr. Moore is gentle with an effective sense of humor, engaging and never makes you feel rushed. In fact one feels relaxed in his presence. Implant was placed in a very relaxed and friendly environment. I have a very bad TMJ issue with much cramping in my jaw and sometimes I cant open very wide for long lengths of time. With limited mobility of my jaw, Dr Moore was able to place the implant with perfection, with very little discomfort quickly. In my opinion he has expertise in implants probably not found elsewhere. I had my wisdom teeth removed with Dr. Moore at the Eastchester Road location. The staff was very professional from beginning to end. Dr. Moore took the time to thoroughly explained the entire procedure to me. I highly recommend Dr. Moore as your oral surgeon.
I've had issues w crowns etc since I was 12.. I'm 34 now .. Dr Moore is hands down the best oral surgeon I've dealt with. Beyond pleased w his thoroughness and professionalism .
